Returns & Refunds Policy
All purchases made through Instinct Calisthenics are final sale.
We do not offer returns, exchanges, or refunds once an order has been placed. Please review all product details, sizing information, support tier selections, digital program details, waiver requirements, access terms, and order details carefully before completing your purchase.
Please ensure all sizing selections are made carefully. Due to the limited nature of each release, sizing changes cannot be accommodated once an order has been placed.
By completing a purchase, you acknowledge and agree that all sales are final.
Digital Training Programs
Digital training programs, online courses, video lessons, written training materials, downloads, course access, and other digital fitness products are final sale once access is granted, except where otherwise required by law or approved by Instinct Calisthenics.
Because digital training program access is provided electronically, refunds, returns, exchanges, cancellations, or chargebacks are not offered once access to the program has been granted.
A completed waiver may be required before purchasing, accessing, viewing, or participating in certain digital training programs. If a waiver is required, customers must complete the required waiver before access is provided.
Customers are responsible for reviewing all program details, access terms, disclaimers, waiver requirements, and digital product information before completing their purchase.
If there is a technical issue preventing access to a purchased digital training program, please contact alexwilliams@instinctcalisthenics.com with your order number and a description of the issue so the matter can be reviewed.
Pre-Launch Support Passes and App Support Contributions
The Instinct App Founder Support Pass is a pre-launch support pass for the future development of the Instinct Calisthenics App.
All purchases of the Instinct App Founder Support Pass, including all support levels and tiers, are final sale and non-refundable unless otherwise required by law or approved by Instinct Calisthenics.
By purchasing an Instinct App Founder Support Pass, you acknowledge that the Instinct Calisthenics App is not currently available, that the pass supports future app development, and that no refund, exchange, cancellation, chargeback, or return is offered once the purchase is completed unless otherwise required by law or approved by Instinct Calisthenics.
Please review all support tier details carefully before completing your purchase.
Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order upon delivery and contact us within 48 hours of receipt if your item arrives damaged, defective, or if you receive the incorrect item.
To report an issue, contact alexwilliams@instinctcalisthenics.com with your order number and clear photos of the issue. Each case will be reviewed individually.
If approved, a replacement may be issued at our discretion.
Non-Returnable Items
All products sold by Instinct Calisthenics are non-returnable and non-exchangeable. This includes apparel, accessories, equipment, sale items, gift cards, digital products, digital training programs, online courses, video lessons, written training materials, downloads, course access, pre-launch support passes, and app support contributions.
Exchanges & Refunds
We do not offer exchanges or refunds. All purchases are final sale unless otherwise required by law or approved by Instinct Calisthenics.
At this time, Instinct Calisthenics only sells and ships within the United States.
